These guys were terrific! Not only were they the only 24/7 plumbers who actually responded on a Sunday night, they fixed the problem with our sewer and then told us to call the city to get reimbursed because the issue was in the city sewer line. The charge was very reasonable, and the city has already said it will pay the bill. Responsible, efficient and honest - how often can you say that about a service company?

David showed up on time, was polite and professional and promptly installed both the bidet and the water softener. David also fixed the 2 leaky sinks and advised on the humidity problem in the laundry room. We had a leak in our condo water meter in Avila and called Drain Doctors. We made an appointment the next day and they showed up on time. The lady that we talked to on the phone was wonderful. Todd pulled his shovel from the truck and found the leak after digging through roots and rocks and repaired it. If we ever have a plumbing problem we will definitely call Drain Doctors.
